Sore Elbows? Try these tips and tricks


According to Harvard Medical School, here are some possible remedies for aching elbows.

  • Rest. Take a break from overusing the muscle group that may be behind elbow pain.

  • Heat therapy. Heat can encourage healing by bringing blood flow and nutrients to the elbow.

  • Stretching. Stretch out the muscles of the forearm.

  • Bracing. Immobilize the muscles that may be causing pain, so they can heal.
